HOLLYWOOD (TNA) – Most models rely on their height to get them gigs, but petite porn star Nico Elise claims it’s her short stature that pays the bills.

Her height is also what keeps her biggest fans – the boys behind bars -- interested.

Nico Elise has discovered that her 4-foot, 11-inch frame is making her a popular prison pin-up.

Elise – who measures in at 4 feet 11 inches -- is happy her tiny frame pleases so many people and says it’s extra exciting to know she has so many fans in prison.

“It’s easy for me to look like a little girl,” she explains. “Some guys are really, really into that -- especially the guys behind bars!

“I have lots of fans in prison or who have been in prison,” she admits. “It’s weird or is it? Maybe I’m just weird!”

Although she has yet to do a prison porno herself, Elise, 21, figures a sexy “drop the soap” shower scene is in her near future.

“To be honest, I’ve never done a prison scene or even WATCHED a prison scene, but I would be down for anything,” she says hopefully.

It’s this outgoing attitude that has helped the pint-sized porn star make huge strides in the industry after only being active in hardcore videos for about a year.

“I started doing erotic modeling when I was 18 and then I started filming scenes with my ex who was a pornographer about a year ago and I just branched out from there,” she explains.

She now works for numerous sites and says it’s all thanks to her unique look.

“Like I said, I’m small and tattooed and a lot of people respond to that,” she explains.

She also thanks genetics for her success.

“Most people love that I’m short and I’m Mexican and Italian so it’s inevitable that I have a huge butt -- people LOVE huge butts! They’re always asking me to bend over and pick things up.”

And while much of her fan base is behind bars, she says she doesn’t plan on sparking up an intimate relationship with an inmate anytime soon.

“I love nice guys, but I live a crazy life so I need someone who can keep up with me,” she says. “I have never dated anyone who has been in prison -- at least not to my knowledge. I have, however, had relationships with people who have been arrested and in jail, but prison is a different story!”

However, that doesn’t mean she’s not completely shut down to the idea of dating a prison inmate.

She says skaters and waiters turn her on the most, but right now she just wants to meet anyone who respects her for the way she is and her choice in profession.

“I’m attracted to anyone who’s different, not for the sake of being different, bud because they know what they like and they know who they are! I like dirty, scummy guys and I’m attracted to bad girls because I can relate to them more,” she says.

While she waits for Mr. -- or Ms. – Right, Elise is content making her fans happy by coming up with new and original material.

“The type of material I’m shooting is so different and I’m fortunate enough to work with people who let me call the shots and who are willing to accommodate my weird ideas,” she says.

These ideas include a scene were she played a coked--out girl getting violated in a cheap motel and one featuring her dressed in a rabbit costume. She's keeping mum on whether carrots are involved but says she's very proud of how she was able to mix art, furry creatures and porn to make a movie no one has ever seen before.

“I took it to the extreme,” she says, but refuses to give out further details. “You’ll just have to stay tuned for that one,” she adds with a sly smile.

Elise loves 'dirty, scummy guys,' but will gladly date anyone who respects her choice of profession.

And she’s the first to admit that she’s come a long way since her first gig more than a year ago.

“It was a solo [masturbation] so that helped with the nerves, but only a little bit,” she admits. “Being filmed was new to me so I wasn’t 100 percent comfortable either.”

Despite her hardcore fan base, she admits the only creepsters she’s encountered personally since entering the industry were two guys who caught wind that she was filming a scene at a hotel.

“These two Peeping Toms were outside the window, trying to see what was going on inside the room,” she says. “We had to stop what we were doing and get them to leave. They did for about five minutes! They wouldn’t go away! Finally we had to pack up and it was so annoying!”

For some it might be hard to get in the mood after an episode like that, but Elise says she only has to turn to her iPod to get her juices flowing again.

“I’m a HUGE Hanson fan!” the tattooed, self-proclaimed rock ‘n’ roller admits. “I used to always have a thing for Taylor Hanson, but they’re all really hot now. I’ve seen them twice. My first concert was Hanson and I’m still a fan!”
